SHIPPING POLICY

We anticipate your order will be processed and shipped from our facility within 1-2 of business days. Major holidays may delay us a little.*

 

If your order is placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday,  your order will be shipped the next business day.

Our preferred carrier is USPS Priority Mail.

For Alaska, HI, PR, US protectorates and territories, and all APO and FPO addresses we ship via USPS Priority Mail and these orders are processed and shipped every 48-72 hours. This option is available upon checkout when ordering online.

*Exclusions to this timeframe include Canadian orders, orders placed on Friday through Sunday, orders for Puerto Rico and APO addresses, large bulk orders, and orders placed prior to and during major US holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY PURCHASES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

As Tea and other herbs are classed as a food product due to health and safety, we do not accept returns (Unless we have made an error). All sales are final.

Should you receive an incorrect or damaged order from us and find there is an issue please do not return this to us before contacting us. This is very rare, but we need to check what the issue is to rectify it. If your order needs to be returned, we will issue you an RMA – Shipping costs will be paid by you to return the product and we will pay the return shipping costs if your order needs replacing. Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of notice and approval by us.

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit should your order be lost or damaged. It is recommended you get a signature on delivery to us.
